Youngbirds for the first time outside lofts

There’s plenty of life back in the ‘tent’! Such a week and a half ago we weaned at around 150 promising gleaming youngsters. Thanks to the mild weather breeding went very well. Therefore, there was virtually no downtime. Just only some problems whit late bred pigeons from 2014, which we had linked yet.

Last week we let inoculate the entire round against Paramyxovirus. They were then about 5 weeks old. We stabbing energy in to put outside the youngsters as soon as possible so they know well the entry and exit of their loft know well.We let eat the youngsters once a day, as much as they want. Every week we do a few days some Belgasol in the water. Mario also puts energy into creating tame, especially during feeding of the young.  The widowhood cocks and hens, we try to fly  a few days a week. They currently sit on little boy. Most pigeons now find their own loft. However, it is always looking for the hawk. On March 16, we start our “Hooymans” on-sale Pipa, we offer children of our best breeders. Especially for this sale Jan has chosen a magnificent cock from progenitor `Young Bliksem’ (therefore a half brother Harry in this sale!). We also offer pigeons from “Harry” (coupled with a 1st NPO winner), from “Cees,” “James Bond”, “Alexia”, and so on !! Delivering excellence is a matter of honor for Jan Hooymans … so keep an eye on it!
