The best birds are bred from the best birds… a term that is often heard. But also a term that contains much truth. Having super pigeons is a dream and we always look to (continue to) fulfill our dreams. Our hen “Hilde” NL11-1912492 is fast becoming a new mother strain. As a direct daughter of our main couple “Jonge Bliksem x Dirkje” is “Hilde” also a full sister to “Harry” …, “Cees’ …,” James Bond “…” Alexia “…” Let your 56 “… and so on. Adequate “top-DNA” flowing through her veins.
2016 was the year in which we “Hilde” truly explored. Two grandchildren of her bred a 1st national acebird!! One of them in the Netherlands at Poelstra, the other acebird in Japan. Yet another grandchild of “Hilde” gave the 9th NPO La Souterraine at the national champions Jo & Florian Hendriks. A direct child of “Hilde” bred a national top 10 listing at ZLU Narbonne, at Batenburg-vd Merwe. And all in one season! Add to this superb top 10 listings in a regional context with John Crehan and Imran Malik and Khan (both top players in England), and it should be clear that we are talking about a very special sister of “Harry”!
Another bit of extra tension to look forward to season 2017…to see what the descendants of “Hilde” will perform.
